And after breakout star Marcus Rashford scored his fifth goal in eight senior appearances to seal a vital victory over Manchester City on Sunday, Beckham sent his congratulations the teenager’s way.
“When a young kid that loves the club he is at and loves the game he is playing this is what you get,” he wrote on Instagram, next to an image of Rashford.
